The prohibitions cover a perimeter of 60 meters in the east, west and south direction of the monument and include the adjacent lawns from the gazebo, along the pylons, along the dirt road to the forest, as well as the pedestrian approach from the Caf\u00e9-aperitif &quot;Chupkata&quot; along the steps and along the paved alley on the right, the municipality specified. The restriction is at the request of the company &quot;Solent Film&quot; OOD, sent to the Municipality of Shumen for filming film footage.
