An eco-lesson about the Shumen Plateau Nature Park was conducted by students from the Environmental Education and Healthy Lifestyle club. Together with experts from the Park Directorate, the graduates of Sofia University "Sava Dobroplodni" conducted field observations of protected areas and territories, which is part of the topics covered by the club.<\/p>\n

Through an educational hike along the thematic route "Lesson on the Forest Trail", the participants were introduced to the main tree species in the park. The group of ninth and tenth graders learned more about the tourist markings and main routes.<\/p>\n

Part of the lesson was dedicated to bats and their lifestyle. The students visited the "Biserna" cave, which is a habitat for protected species.<\/p>\n
