\nThe entry mode with advance registration is maintained. Those wishing to enter should call in advance, on working days, at the directorate of the Shumen Plateau Nature Reserve at tel. 054\/ 800 765.
\nWorking hours will be from Wednesday to Sunday inclusive, with Monday and Tuesday being the days off.
\nOn weekdays, the entry times are 10 a.m., 11.30 a.m. and 1 p.m., and on holidays and weekends, groups will be accepted from 10 a.m., 11.30 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., respectively.
\nThe Biserna Cave can be reached on foot, as the forest road is not suitable for cars. Vehicles can be parked on the asphalt road before the turn for the villa of the Shumen Municipality. There are two walking routes - from the Borovets fountain via the marked route "Lesson on the Forest Path" and from the junction for the "Old Town" fortress on the road to the villa of the Shumen Municipality. There are signposts on all the indicated routes.
