The Summer Information Center of the Shumen Plateau Nature Reserve welcomed 20 young people for a lesson in forest pedagogy. The young people are graduates of the Detelina Social Services Complex. Experts from the Nature Park and the North-Eastern State Enterprise presented the most popular tourist routes and landmarks in the park. The rules of conduct in forest areas were presented, as well as for handling open fire. In a fun way, the young people learned more about the flora and fauna of the Shumen Plateau, developed dexterity skills.
The young people of Shumen learned about the history of the Monument "1300 Years of Bulgaria" and visited the observatory on the Shumen plateau. There they observed the sun and learned more about the astronomical research that is being carried out. The initiatives are on the occasion of Youth Day, which is celebrated on August 12.
