A fallen tree blocked the entire length of a path that connects the road to the Old Town and the Kyoshka. Although not very long, the path is often used by tourists, but the crown of the tree did not allow it to be crossed or bypassed. The forest inspector of the Shuensko Plateau Nature Reserve Stiliyan Stanev and colleagues from the Shumen State Forest Service worked on the removal for several days. Difficulties were also caused by the steep terrain.
The Shumen Plateau Nature Reserve continues to work on clearing fallen trees. In recent months, cases have become more frequent, but everything possible is being done to maintain the main tourist trails.
