The Directorate of the Shumen Plateau Nature Park announces the traditional National Competition "Nature - My Inspiration". The competition is aimed at students and is in several directions - drawings, applied works, presentations or literary work - an essay or a poem. There are no restrictions on the techniques and formats used. The requirement for applied works is that they be made of natural materials. Participants must be aged from 1st to 7th grade, and students from 1st to 12th grade can participate in the presentation direction.
Each work must include: the participant's full name, class, school, address and contact number. The deadline for submitting works is May 20, 2022, to the Directorate of the Shumen Plateau Nature Park at the address: Shumen, Kyoshkove Forest Park, P.O. Box 160. Presentations will be accepted at the Directorate's e-mail addresses. shplato@hotmail.com and dppshumenskoplato@iag.bg
A jury will evaluate the children's creativity, and the winners will be announced at the end of May.
The national competition has been held since 1995 and over 300 works participate in it annually. The prizes are provided by the Directorate of the Shumen Plateau Nature Reserve, the North-Eastern State Enterprise and donors.
