The National Competition "Nature - My Inspiration" is now open for entries. The Directorate of the Shumen Plateau Nature Park has been organizing the competition for students since 1995.
Participants can submit drawings, applied works and literary works – an essay or a poem, and this year a new category is being introduced – digital works. These can be drawings, animations, mini-films or presentations. There are no restrictions on the techniques and formats used. The requirement for applied works is that they be made from natural materials.
Participants must be aged from 1st to 7th grade, and students from 1st to 12th grade can participate in the digital works category.
Each work must include: the participant's full name, class, school, address and contact number. The deadline for submitting the works is May 5, 2023, to the Directorate of the Shumen Plateau Nature Park at the following address: Shumen, Kyoshkove Forest Park, P.K.160.

A jury will evaluate the children's creativity, and the winners will be announced by mid-May. The prizes are provided by the Directorate of the Shumen Plateau Nature Reserve, the Northeastern State Enterprise and donors.
