In connection with the holding of the "Old Capitals" rally, traffic restrictions are being introduced on the territory of the "Shumen Plateau" Nature Reserve.
On August 6, Sunday, the following road sections will also be closed to traffic:
Speed Stages 6 and 8 "Brewery 1 and 2" – from 8.30 to 14.30 from the portal of the Carlsberg Brewery to the village of Novosel through the Old Town, the exit sign of the village of Lozevo, the republican road E70 is used as a bypass;
Speed stages 7 and 9 "Lozevo 1 and 2" – from 9.00 to 14.30 from the exit to the end of the town of Shumen /Stara Planina Street/ villa area above the Boyan Balgaranov quarter to the entrance sign for the village of Lozevo;
Speed stage 10 "Valery Velikov" – from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. from the portal of the Carlsberg brewery to the end of the town of Shumen /Stara Planina Street/ villa area above the Boyan Balgaranov quarter on the road to the village of Lozevo.
Temporary changes in traffic organization will be indicated by the necessary vertical signaling. Drivers are required to drive carefully, at a reasonable speed, and to comply with the posted signaling, as well as the instructions of the Traffic Police officers.
