The Directorate of the Shumen Plateau Nature Reserve is participating in the initiatives dedicated to June 1 - Children's Day. From 10:00 a.m. in the center of Shumen - in the park next to the administrative building of the Municipality, creative workshops of organizations that work with children and youth are planned. These are the Center for Children and Youth Development - Anastas Stoyanov Youth Center, the Municipal Youth Center, the Red Cross and the Municipal Center for Addiction Prevention. The organizer of the events is the Shumen Municipality.
Forest educators will offer children to make cards and souvenirs, and will provide them with fun games. Each child will leave with a handmade gift. The participation of the employees is in connection with the "Forest Classroom" initiative, announced by the Executive Forestry Agency.
The entertainment centers include acting games, a talent stage, "Don't be angry, man", "Lady" and other entertainment. On the occasion of Children's Day, a rich palette of initiatives is planned, which will also be held in other places in the city - the City Garden, in the area of the Flower Market and in the Regional Library "Stilian Chilingirov".
