Biserna Cave welcomes tourists until June 30

About 2,000 tourists have visited the Biserna Cave since April of this year. We remind you that June 29 and 30 are the last days of the spring season in which the natural phenomenon can be viewed.

This year, there has been increased interest in "Biserna" from organized groups of tourists and students from all over the country. Children from Dobrich, Varna, Silistra, Tervel and other cities enjoyed the cave formations. Some of the visits were combined with hikes and lessons about bats, prepared by forest educators. Thus, the children receive not only theoretical knowledge, but also observe the cave inhabitants in their natural environment.

More and more often, travel agencies include the cave as a mandatory element in tours of the Shumen region. For the first time, visitors from the Czech Republic were welcomed, and Russians, Ukrainians and Romanians are also showing interest.

The cave will be open to visitors again in the fall. "Biserna" can only be reached via pedestrian routes, which are indicated by signs.
