The publication includes 68 species from 37 families and 64 genera that occur in the Shumen Plateau Nature Park. Species that would be of interest to most visitors are described. The medicinal plants are illustrated with photographs. For convenience, they are arranged by color of the flowers. The book is suitable for educational activities.
