Main activities:

 

  • Project management.
  • Conducting training for the administrations of natural parks on the essence, different forms and applications of PPP.
  • National level study on PPPs in protected areas and in particular – Natural Parks.
  • Study and analysis of international experience and good practices regarding the implementation of PPPs in protected areas.
  • Local studies to identify existing and potential PPPs in the Bulgarian National Parks.
  • Development of guidelines and standardized templates for a package of documents serving PPPs.
  • Practical training for implementing PPPs on the territory of natural parks in Bulgaria.
  • Training and exchange of successful practices and experience (abroad) in the creation of PPPs in protected areas.
  • Preparation for the implementation of specific PPPs (selected from the portfolio) in Bulgarian natural parks.
  • Information and publicity activities.
