1260 children participated in the one-of-a-kind educational campaign "Forest and Climate Change", which is intended for students from first to fourth grade. The campaign is a joint initiative of the "Gorichka" Association and the Union of Foresters in Bulgaria and is being held in different regions of the country. Forest educators from the North-East
state enterprise, Shumen Plateau Nature Reserve and the State Forestry Agency - Shumen visited 12 schools in Shumen, Veliki Preslav and Novi Pazar. Teachers and parents participated in the training.
The traveling "Forest in a Cart" in a fun way drew children's attention to the causes of climate change, introduced them to the work of foresters in caring for forests, as well as to the different types of forest trees and animals. Green lessons on wheels help children learn through experience. The mobile pavilion is made of natural materials and
fully corresponds to the concept of the educational initiative. The eco-trip of "Forest with a Cart" continues to the Hunting Reserve "Voden - Iri Hisar"
