"A Book about the Forest" was presented by forest educators to children from the "Tr. Simeonov" Secondary School in Shumen. Tatyana Dimitrova from the "Shumensko Plateau" Primary School conducted lessons with first and second grade students at the school. With great diligence, the children studied, read, applied their forest and determined which forest animal eats what. The children already know what the rules of behavior are in nature and how to determine the age of trees. The school management supports extracurricular forms of education with an ecological focus. After the 7th grade, sports profile and mountain leadership classes have been opened.
Forest educators are planning more lessons on different topics, with classes continuing tomorrow with children from "Enyo Markovski" Secondary School, and next week with all students from "Knyaz Boris I" Primary School.
