The hard work continues to make the paths and alleys in the Shumen Plateau Nature Reserve even more pleasant to walk on. The employees of the Nature Park Directorate removed unwanted vegetation and debris along the Dendrological Trail. The clearing lasted several days, with the main efforts being directed at improving the area between the Bigora shelter and the Opera area.
The trail is beloved and much visited by Shumen residents and guests of the Park, and a lot of effort is put into its maintenance not only by the Directorate's employees, but also by volunteers and interns. The route passes by Rusalka Cave, where cleaning, renovation of the recreation area there and the installation of an information sign are pending.
