Six bags of waste were collected from a paragliding site

Six bags of waste were collected by employees of the Shumen Plateau Nature Reserve from the paragliding launch site. The southeastern launch site, which is one of the most popular among paragliding enthusiasts, was cleaned. The area was heavily polluted with plastic waste.

The Park Directorate urges visitors, tourists and fans of air sports not to throw away packaging in unregulated places and to protect nature.

The signs and facilities at this launch site are to be repaired. We would like to remind you that in the Shumen Plateau Nature Reserve there are four designated locations from which paragliders and hang gliders can take off. These are the eastern, southeastern, southern and northern launches.
