It is located in the parking lot of the Monument “Creators of the Bulgarian State”. The natural and cultural wealth of the Park, the historical past, the opportunities for recreation and tourism are presented in a modern and attractive way. It has an interactive hall with a capacity of 30 seats. Souvenirs and information materials about the “Shumen Plateau” Nature Reserve are offered. Visitors can “talk” to the birds in the forest via a special phone and hear their voices, try to recognize the tracks of forest animals, peek into the forest, “run” all the hiking and cycling routes in the park, as well as establish the location of the landmarks on its territory – caves, rocks, monasteries, shelters, learn which Bulgarian national and natural parks are and where they are located, and rent a bicycle. In the immediate vicinity of the Center, an interactive corner “Forest School” has been built, suitable for conducting ecological lessons and initiatives. Visitors can also go through a "Forest Maze", where they can search for hidden figures of forest animals.
