Forest educators from the Shumen Plateau Nature Reserve organized a Day of Challenges for children from the summer school at the Anastas Stoyanov Children's Educational Center. Nearly 40 children walked the thematic route "Dendrological Trail" and learned about the tree species in the park and how to recognize them. During the hike, the little tourists learned how to move in a group and how to follow the tourist markings. The experts taught lessons on behavior in the forest in the field and the children put what they learned into practice.
The joint summer activities are being held for another year. Forest educators are a welcome guest for the children, and the base of the ODK - CPLR is located on the Shumen plateau. This provides an opportunity for full-fledged activities in nature, where children learn to appreciate and protect it.
